What is this? A Zoolander review for ants?

Like most movies of its kind, it occasionally gets distracted by its own jokes. Fortunately, the majority of them are funny.

Have I reviewed any Ben Stiller-centric movies before this? I can’t remember. This is my favorite of his roles, though.

This is one bright, colorful movie, that’s for sure.

Product Placement

Ignoring all the VH1 references since it’s a VH1 movie, there’s still enough other stuff to take a point off for.

This movie was on my “Do Not Watch” list for years because of bad memories associated with the first time I saw it, but I finally decided to get over it and give it another shot. I’m glad I did.

  1. “Have you ever wondered if there was more to life, other than being really, really, ridiculously good looking?”… such a good movie!

  3. It’s strange, I like Ben Stiller, but hate most of his movies. This is one of the only ones I really like- it’s also the only Will Ferrel role I can stand.

    • I feel the same. He’s a funny guy, but his movies are usually annoying. It’s kind of like how Philip Seymour Hoffman is a great actor, but I rarely enjoy any of the movies he’s in

  4. TIWAM, flashing Blue Steel, before he was sure what Blue Steel was.
