This movie was too silly for its own good, and it felt like half of it ended up on the cutting room floor.
There are tons of characters in this movie, and 90% of them were failed attempts at comic relief, which made Kevin Costner’s incredibly serious character feel out of place.
The sheer amount of time and effort they put into creating the watery environment for this movie is worth a 3.
